YES, every 6 months we will notify you via email, text, phone or Zoom call (whichever is most convenient for you) about the state of the property
We will generate a bespoke check sheet which will include a step by step instruction for our cleaning team. We get notified of any discrepancies and we react to them instantly

About Us
Shamrock Properties was founded by Birute Gilvonauskaite. She arrived in the UK back in 2005 from Lithuania.Curious of British culture she have decided to settle in Lincolnshire. She lives in a small village with her fiance and three children.
Property was Birute’s passion for several years and in 2022 she did a Touchstone Education Course “Wealth Through Property”. Later that year she joined a HMO Mentorship Programme mentored by Kamil Domski. Now she wants to work with Landloards to provide creative solutions and help them to achieve their goals.
